Salesforce Solution Architect
We are looking for experienced Salesforce Solution Architects who will lead the design and delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions leveraging Salesforce and related technologies.
Join us and take ownership of the full solution lifecycle — from gathering business requirements and defining the technical architecture to overseeing system configuration, custom development, and deployment. You will be the technical leader ensuring that every Salesforce implementation meets both business goals and best-in-class standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce-based solutions across various clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing).
- Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing system architectures.
- Create and maintain detailed solution and integration design documentation.
- Oversee and guide development teams, ensuring technical alignment and code quality.
- Manage system integrations, data migration strategies, and overall platform governance.
- Act as the bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring clarity and consistency throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide technical leadership in presales discussions, including solution design, estimation, and feasibility assessments.
- Keep up to date with the latest Salesforce features and recommend innovations to optimize performance, scalability, and user experience.
What we are looking for:
- 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce architecture, configuration, and customization.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, limits, and best practices.
- Experience with system integration patterns (APIs, middleware, REST/SOAP web services).
- Ability to design multi-cloud solutions and data models that support complex business scenarios.
- Strong technical knowledge in Apex, Flow, LWC, and Salesforce security model (an advantage).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field.
It’s a plus if You have:
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect, Platform Developer II).
- Previous experience in CRM consulting, solution design, or system integration projects.
- Hands-on experience with other CRM systems (Oracle Siebel, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP C4C, Zendesk, etc.).
- Experience working on international or multi-entity Salesforce implementations.
- Familiarity with agile project delivery methods (Scrum, Kanban).
