Salesforce Business Analyst
We are looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst who would act as a key liaison between business and IT, all proposed initiatives align with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand requirements and processes across Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and e-Commerce functions.
- Analyze current business processes and provide recommendations for improvement and optimization.
- Translate business needs into clear technical requirements.
- Design, document, and test tailored Salesforce solutions.
- Facilitate and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure successful delivery.
- Provide end-user training to promote adoption and efficient use of Salesforce.
- Stay informed on the latest Salesforce updates and features, and advise on opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Oversee project activities (e.g. time, scope, objective).
What we are looking for:
- 3-5 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Salesforce and CRM platforms.
- Hands-on consulting experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to collaborate with all levels across the organization.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Solid understanding of at least one of the following CRM processes: Sales, Customer Service, Marketing.
- Analytical mindset with a process-driven approach.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- University degree from a recognized institution.
It is a plus if you have:
- Previous experience as a CRM Manager/CRM Consultant/BA/Process Organizer/System Organizer.
- Knowledge of leading CRM systems.
- Hands-on experience in Sales, Customer Service, Trade, and Marketing operations.
- Participated in software implementation projects.
- Relevant Salesforce experience, knowledge and certifications.
- Experience in working on international projects.
- Proficiency in German.
