Salesforce Developer 

We are looking for a Salesforce Developer to design, develop, test, and deploy solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components! 

 

Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Design and build customized Salesforce solutions and systems that align with business requirements and processes.
  • Develop, test, document, and deploy scalable, high-quality applications on the Salesforce (Force.com) platform.
  • Collaborate closely with functional leaders and subject matter experts to identify, implement, and optimize new business processes.
  • Ensure system integrity through regular maintenance, updates, and performance tuning.
  • Contribute to ongoing innovation by staying up-to-date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.

What we are looking for: 

  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, with proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, REST and SOAP integration, SOQL.
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce functionality and features.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively independently as well as a member of a team.
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Good command of English. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering from a recognized institution.

It is a plus if You have: 

  • Knowledge of Salesforce APIs.
  • Salesforce Developer certification.
  • Experience with version control systems.
  • Experience in working on international projects.

Once you submit your CV, we will carefully review it and if there’s a good fit, you’ll be invited to an initial HR interview with the company’s recruiter. Next, you’ll meet with our professional or technical leaders. This stage usually includes a case study, presentation, technical assessment to help us better understand your knowledge, approach, problem-solving skills, and thought process. 

Following the professional interview, you’ll have a conversation with our managing directors. This is where we dive deeper into alignment on values, goals, and vision for the future.
