Microsoft Dynamics CRM focuses mainly on sales, marketing and service automation solutions.

Microsoft is a key player and inventor in CRM, especially in sales, cloud platform and integrated ERP-CRM solutions. Microsoft has both cloud and on premise software, which makes it applicable for industries, where cloud is not legally supported.

Microsoft tries to replace the “traditional” CRM softwares with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and a new xRM approach, where the goal is to build a unified system, which far extends the capability of CRM by connecting it to other applications with whole other aspects of business (for example: manage employees or suppliers, create knowledge-bases).
