Salesforce Integration Specialist

As a Salesforce Integration Specialist, you’ll be responsible for providing expert advice on integration approaches, integration patterns, industry best practices and more. Using Salesforce platform tools, you’ll design integration solutions that allow secure data flow between various systems.

Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Integration planning: analyse the organization’s existing systems and processes to identify integration opportunities and requirements. Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and goals.
  • Custom development: develop custom solutions using APIs and other integration tools to connect Salesforce with other systems. 
  • Data mapping and synchronization: define how data should be mapped and synchronized between Salesforce and other systems to ensure consistency and accuracy across platforms.
  • System testing: conduct testing of the integrations to identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies before implementation.
  • Deployment and maintenance: oversee the deployment of integrations and provide ongoing support and maintenance to ensure the integrations continue to function optimally.
  • Security and compliance: ensure that data transferred between systems is secure and compliant with relevant data protection regulations.
  • Troubleshooting: in case of integration issues or errors, investigate and resolve problems promptly to minimize disruptions to business processes.

What we are looking for: 

  • Hand-on experience in Salesforce implementation projects. 
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce integration strategies and best practices for data migration.
  • Expertise in Salesforce technologies such as MuleSoft, Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, and SOQL.
  • Familiarity with data integration middleware and ETL processes.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills for diagnosing and resolving integration issues.
  • Great project management skills for overseeing integration projects from start to finish.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of integration solutions.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken. 
  • University degree from a recognized institution.

It’s a plus if You have:

  • Salesforce certifications such as Platform App Builder, Platform Developer, Integration Architecture Designer.
  • Experience in working on international projects.
