Salesforce Technical Architect

We are looking for a Salesforce Technical Architect who could take the responsibility for building scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform.

Your responsibilities will include: 

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather business requirements and provide technical guidance on leveraging the Salesforce platform.
• Design and deliver scalable, secure and high-performing Salesforce solutions aligned with best practices.
• Take the lead in technical design sessions and translate ideas into well-documented solutions.
• Provide expertise in system integration, data migration, and overall application architecture.
• Mentor and provide guidance to developers in the team.
• Keep yourself up to date with the latest Salesforce features and innovations, proactively recommending relevant enhancements.

What we are looking for: 

• Proven experience in designing and delivering complex Salesforce solutions.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce integration strategies and best practices for data migration .
• Expertise in Salesforce technologies such as Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, and SOQL.
• Excellent communication with the ability to confidently engage and manage stakeholders at all levels. 
• Analytical mindset with a process-driven approach.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• University degree from a recognized institution.

It is a plus if you have:

• Salesforce certifications in Technical Architecture and Integration Architecture Design.
• Experience in working on international projects.

Following the professional interview, you’ll have a conversation with our managing directors. This is where we dive deeper into alignment on values, goals, and vision for the future.
